3 month Limited Warranty


Thank you for your interest in the product and services of Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs. 


This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and only for physical goods, purchased from Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs (the “physical goods”). 


What does this limited warranty cover? 


This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. 


During the Warranty Period, Xune Limited, Trading as Crypto Mining Rigs, will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance in the first 30 days of the warranty period. After this period, due to the nature of the machines and components we cannot verify that a fault has come from a production workshop or the storage and usage of the device since leaving our premises. Therefore any review of goods is subject to a £100 charge before any repairs or replacements are recommended.

What will we do to correct problems? 

Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs, will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. 

Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs, will repair the rig case at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Where problems arise outside of this warranty, repair or replacement may still be offered and will be chargeable.


How long does the coverage last? 


The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Xune Limited trading as Crypto Mining Rigs is 90 days from the date of purchase. 

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. 


What does this warranty not cover? 


This limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: 

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • GPU or graphics cards
  • Any overclocks applied to the device

What do you have to do? 


To obtain warranty service you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you on support@cryptominingrigs.co.uk

For us to inspect any suspected faults, rigs must be returned to Xune Limited, trading as Crypto Mining Rigs, under the owner's own cost and liability. In-person must be arranged by appointment to our Sheffield Offices: Xune Limited, Blades Business Hub, John Street, Sheffield, S2 4SW.
